James Baldwin said it best: "For these are all our children, and we will profit by or pay for whatever they become."

The Second Annual  SAC City DAC

Parent Involvement Survey

We want to know what YOU think about your child's school. By filling out this survey, you can give your child's school important information about how it can improve your child's education. The results of your survey will be reported on the http://sacdac.org/default.aspx  web site.

This survey will be available on this web site from June, 2009 to August 15, 2009. The results of this survey will be posted on the http://sacdac.org/default.aspx  web site. SAC City DAC will present the results of this survey at the next DAC meeting at the Serna Center and will forward DAC recommendations to the SCUSD Board of Education at the earliest opportunity.

Your answers will be combined with those of other parents to provide information and help all of our schools improve their parent involvement and learning environment. This survey is voluntary, but we hope you will answer as many questions as you can.

Please consider each survey question in context of your child’s school. If you have more than one child, feel free to fill out a seperated survey for each child and school. If your child’s school includes Small Learning Communities or Academies, think about your experiences in that community as well as in the school as a whole.
